Mike Bell

President – We Pack Logistics
Mike joined We Pack in August 2014 and is leading strategic planning, business development and operations as the company scales nationally.  He has more than 20 years of logistics, 3PL and manufacturing experience, most recently serving as VP of Business Development for Jacobson Companies (now part of global 3PL Norbert Dentressangle) and their almost $1 billion Contract Logistics Division.  His earlier roles included regional and manufacturing VP positions with Jacobson, as well as leading the Controls Business for The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company, and managing operations and supply chain functions for The Clorox Company.  Mike is a graduate of Purdue University, with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.


Brandon Hoog

Chief Information Officer
Brandon leads the information technology, marketing, human resources and safety/compliance teams, which provide guidance and support to We Pack and all of the HWH operating companies. He has over 15 years of technology leadership experience, and has managed ERP and WMS implementations while supporting all strategic software and infrastructure needs across the enterprise. Before joining HWH, Brandon spent 10 years in the telecom industry with Nortel Networks. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, and his M.B.A. degree from Southern Methodist University.

Brian Williams

VP – Strategic Business Development
Brian joined We Pack Logistics and parent Harrison, Walker & Harper in 2012 to lead prototype projects as well as logistics and transload engagements, and was appointed to his current role in 2015.  Shortly after joining the company, he developed an XL Pipeline logistics rail site for the 120-mile NE Texas section of that project, and helped establish two hazard mitigation/specialty building systems pilot projects.  Prior to joining We Pack, Brian managed Ionode, LLC, the U.S. operations of an Australia-based analytical sensor manufacturer.  Earlier he started Forston Labs, an instrumentation firm based in Colorado, following nine years with Analytical Sensors & Instruments, where he advanced to CEO after facilitating significant growth.  Brian is a Major, Engineer in the U.S. Army Reserve.  He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from Stephen F. Austin State University, and an MBA Degree from the University of Houston.

Jerry Cook

VP – Business Solutions
Jerry is a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) and joined We Pack in 2015 as Director of Business Solutions. He has more than 15 years of logistics, 3PL and manufacturing experience, most recently serving as Project Manager for Kane Is Able in Atlanta, Georgia. He also held a previous role as Director of Operations for Jacobson Companies (now part of global 3PL Norbert Dentressangle). Jerry works with new and existing clients on analysis and modeling to determine the most effective solutions, including facility sizing, design and operational layout; material handling systems and design; as well as processes and standardization opportunities.

Stuart Zainea

Director of Operations – TX Region
Stuart Zainea has joined We Pack Logistics as Distribution Center Manager for the Paris/Northeast Texas Region.  In this new role, Stuart will direct and manage all warehouses in the Paris and Sulphur Springs areas, including responsibility for each facility’s financial performance and operational efficiency.   He was most recently with the Lowe’s Regional Distribution Center in Mt. Vernon, where he served in roles such as Assistant Operations Manager and Senior Industrial Engineer.  While at Lowe’s, Stuart was responsible for operational supervision, process and system improvement, and facility layout projects.  He earned his BSBA Degree in Transportation and Logistics from Ohio State University, and his MBA from Texas A&M University – Commerce.


James Proctor

IT Manager
James is responsible for all project management and issue resolution for HWH’s ERP and WMS solutions.  He also implements and maintains all network infrastructure and server environments.  James has more than 15 years of experience in information technology management, and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University Commerce.


Kristi Johnson

Safety and Compliance Manager
Kristi manages quality programs as well as environmental, health and safety compliance across all HWH companies, staying at the leading edge of industry standards and best practices.  She has more than 15 years of related experience in manufacturing and construction.  Kristi participates in numerous regulatory agency programs and training, while also serving as a member of national organizations such as ASQ, ASSE, NSC and NFPA.
